Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Zerella Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Zerella Wines uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Zerella Wines may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. Zerella Wines Security Policy
Zerella Wines uses the Square for its online credit card transactions. Square processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using Square are secured payments.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Zerella Wines containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Our website platform will generally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Goods are normally dispatched from Zerella Wines for delivery within three to five days of receiving your order and you should then receive the goods within 5-10 working days, possibly more in peak times. Refund & Returns Policy

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Zerella Wines will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (whether express or implied) in relation to any Products or Additional Benefits an will not be liable to you for any loss, cost, damage or expense you suffer in connection with or arising from our provision (or failure to provide) the Products or Additional Benefits. We do not make, and have not made any warranty or representation as to the suitability of any Products we supply for any particular purpose.
